Kim Whitehead is The Dream Strategist (R). She is the award-winning CEO of LuxDreamGroup and the founder of Demand The Dream, which produces The Dream Principles online course series, in-person workshops and publications designed to help men and women manifest the full potential of the talents and gifts bestowed upon them as royal heirs in God’s kingdom. Kingdoms require systems and processes optimized under a unified vision. This is the philosophy by which Kim consults with individual and business clients. She is an innovator in worldwide data privacy protection for personal and business dreams, and is the author of the books, Give Me The Fairytale: Reawaken Your Dreams for an Extraordinary Life, The Arrival: Redefine the WHEN of Your Destiny, and B​uried Waters: Maintaining Your Flow in Tumultuous Times.

Kim is also an experienced patent and trademark attorney. For 16 years, she has held licensure in the District of Columbia Bar and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Kim received her engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.

Although no longer in full-time legal practice, Kim still consults with entrepreneurs and companies on protecting the works they create. Over the past two decades, she has helped them build and monetize their intellectual property portfolios through her law practice, IP-Advantage.  As a Management Consultant and Certified Information Privacy Manager, she advises executives and managing partners of the world’s premiere law firms and corporations on information governance, global data privacy, electronic discovery and legal technology, and is a recognized thought leader and national speaker on these topics.

Kim was recently recognized as one of Atlanta's Influential Leading Ladies, an IndigoLife Honoree, ad an Impact Visionary. She has been profiled in Impact Magazine's 10-year Anniversary Issue celebrating 50 Women of Impact, The Prevailing Woman magazine, Who’s Who in American Law®, Who’s Who in America® and in over 100 additional media outlets. She was featured in the published book “Profiles and Essays of Successful African-American Law School Applicants” and was chosen to share a snippet of her life story in the published book “Hear Us Roar! 28 Stories of Everyday Women Leading Extraordinary Lives.”  In memory of a dear sister-friend, Kim recently served on the board of the National Blood Clot Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization.  Under her leadership, LuxDreamGroup is a community partner of the Atlanta Children's Shelter.
